As a Carer myself for a child with additional needs, I understand the relentless demands, emotional toll, and deep exhaustion that can come with this role. We give so much to others, often leaving little for ourselves—yet to continue in this crucial role, we need a consistent practice to return to ourselves and replenish our reserves.
That’s why I’ve made the Nervous System Nourishment Membership affordable at just $30/session or $40/week membership for 3 x sessions / week (NDIS claimable under Carer Education) and accessible for those who need to bring their child with them! That's right, I have a team member booked in to entertain the children in the Activity Hub OR your child can participate with you.
This practice was a lifeline in my own healing journey—helping me regulate my nervous system, find moments of peace, and reconnect with myself. I know firsthand how essential this work is, and I feel called to make it available to other Parents and Carers who need it.
Healing isn’t just about getting through the day—it’s about reclaiming yourself, your energy, your safety, and your joy. This practice provides daily tools to support your nervous system, rebuild self-trust, and create space for restoration amidst the challenges of caregiving.

As a Carer and Parent, I know firsthand how much we hold—how our days are filled with caring for others, often leaving little space for ourselves. I also know how important it is to reclaim moments of rest, regulation, and self-connection in a way that feels safe and accessible.
This practice is a symbol of resilience and healing—a reminder that our stories matter, our well-being matters, and we are more than just the roles we fill.
But I also understand that showing up can feel impossible some days. Please know that in Nervous System Nourishment, you are welcome in whatever way feels right for you:
✔️ You can participate as much or as little as you want.
✔️ You can come late, leave early, or just listen—whatever works for you.
✔️ You can turn up and simply lie on your mat and cry the whole session while being energetically held by the group (don’t underestimate this!!).

I absolutely loved attending Tan's yoga class. First off she made me feel so welcome and throughout the class was always so considerate of ensuring my needs were met. Her vulnerability in being authentically herself made me feel so connected to Tan. I could tell that she really cared and I appreciated that.

Caitlyn
Tan has provided me with both insightful guidance and practical tools for personal growth. By taking a holistic approach that emphasises the mind-body connection, I’ve learned how to better support my nervous system during challenging times. The practice has been instrumental in helping me process difficult experiences, offering strategies to ease rumination and regulate my emotions. It has also given me valuable insight on how to navigate the world as a ‘sparkly’ individual, embracing my uniqueness while remaining grounded. This work has allowed me to show up as a more authentic version of myself.
